Havent been blogging these few days... so lets start now!
Today also got training. First there was a Drill session and i was timer. Now i know why ppl will also avoid being timer, because their throats will become damn dry and it hurts...i'm not a very good timer anyways zzz
Today also got training. PT and campcraft. Campcraft was kinda fun because we are learning tent pitching and it is interesting. We learnt how to tie the inner sheet and outer sheet of the tent to the pegs...with a twine/rope of course. Then, it was PT. It started with some warm-up then it was 5 push-ups and 5 sit-ups and then do 5push-ups and 5situps again to warm up the muscles. After that it was time to train us for the napha component: sit-ups. I forgotten how many sit-ups we did but we also did leg raise. Then there was star junps xD. My leg also cramp. Later on, we need to run 2.8km in 28minutes. Yes it sounds kinda easy but somehow my condition that day sucked. So i took quite some time and edurance to finish it, but i was still on time tho.
Friday still got training, but in the meantime i'm in malaysia.
